Unsatisfied about their service

Hi there my name is Nozika.am writing this complain on behalf of my brother Mvula Shabangu. He bought things from Lewis store in vanderbijlpark last year less than three months kitchen cupboard and wardrobe were broken. Last year in SEPTEMBER he went to Lewis to report this matter.he spoke to GETRUDE then this lady promised him that on Saturday they will send someone to come and fix them .nothing happens he went again to report he spoke to Puleng .they promise again that later that day they will send someone nothing happen my mom went again in APRIL this year still they promise that they will send someone. The kitchen cardboard we had to take everything out since from last year the wardrobe is worse you can't move it. Am very disappointed to see that even the management fails to do what she supposed to do. The next thing they will tell you that they are tired of the complain .if you are tired of the complain why don't you solve them am so disappointed in them shame .
