Unresolved salary issues

I am a sales advisor at the store its been almost 5 months since I joined the team at the store but am unhappy with how issues are being handled ever since joining the store I haven't received my full salary and all the incentives when I take the issue with the manager he calls salaries department but nothing seems to be solved even this current month I have the same issue and decided to come to the platform as maybe my issue would be solved faster
