Unreasonable Delay in Issuing Paid Up Letter

I am very disappointed with Lewis regarding the delays in issuing my paid up letter. I have settled my account as required, but despite several follow ups, I am still waiting for the letter. This is highly frustrating because the paid up letter is important for updating my credit profile. The lack of urgency and communication from Lewis is unacceptable. Customers deserve better service and timely assistance after fulfilling their obligations.
