Unprofessionalism,ignorance and bullism

I bought a fridge and a gas stove at Lewis Randburg mid August and arranged for a debit order for 30/09/2020 as it was convenient for me than going to the store to pay. It didn't deduct and I also could go to the store as I was also sick of the pandemic. They called and I told them I will try and send someone to the store. I couldn't get anyone but was communicating with them telephonically. They sent a debt collector to come in my place, all to find out they captured my address wrong as 1819 instead of 1918. The guy looked for the place but couldnt get the address so opted for the second address which is my home address. My father called and I told the guy to come and gave him directions. My instalment was R761 and at that moment I had only R700 with me and I told the guy I can't move and go in public. The poor debt collector Lloyd was busy begging this BossLady Mpho who was so rude but Mpho ordered him to repossess the furniture if I don't have R61. When I tried to speak to Mpho, she was so rude, she shouted me I even cried. It's like she had something against me. I tried to tell her I'm covid19+ and can't go public. The lady was so rude. I ended up going public to give Lloyd this R61. It's so sad how ppl so ******** of this pandemic. How unprofessional these store ppl can speak to us as if I'm her kid. Lloyd even called the branch manager and the guy also said Lloyd must repossess the furniture and couldn't care of the reasons. I went to the public and gave Lloyd the R61.

Thank you so much Mr Lloyd, for keeping the customer service and caring for your customers. You really supported me. You helped me. If it was not a disgrace in my culture to take back a furniture to the store I wanted them to take it. I no longer want to deal with Lewis Store. They lack professionalism. They run the store as a spare shop. I was looking forward on working with them but not anymore. I never ask or apply to have the pandemic why must I pay and suffer this much bcoz I follow the regulations of vivid?
