Unprofessional service

Ordered a base and mattress set from the Lydenburg store. The store manager promised to call to confirm delivery (of which we had agreed for following day deliver which would have been 21 November 2024). Ive called the store numerous times to schedule delivery but in all cases was told that they will call me right away.. at this point lewis might just as well cancel my contract and refund because i wasted my whole day awaiting delivery and calls. I went as far as suggesting that they check for stock from the graskop branch and id pay for delivery. Customer service? Great but professionalism? Extremely questionable.
