Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful Employee

I'm writing a review about Lewis Store in Phuthaditjhaba,, there is a lady by the name of Dikeledi Radebe who is very much unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to Customers I called their branch asking for Lewis Store s banking details for payment that didn't go through my bank account.. That Dikeledi lady instead of assisting me to make payment she insulted me telling me that she is coming to confiscate their goods,, I got help from Lewis in Pretoria to make payment Later on the 10th Sept she came to my house at night saying she came to collect the goods or I must give her the money,, I showed her payment confirmation from the bank to their account but she told me that she needs to collect the goods because there is no money on her system,, I wrote an email to Lewis Customer support still awaiting for the response
