Unprofessional behaviour from Lewis employees in polokwane

I have an account at Lewis store. Due to financial constance I couldn't pay my monthly installments, and it was for the first time. I received a call from Lewis jorisson street polokwane, and was asked of my the address for work and the employee came to my work place to demand money Infront of my clients. I felt harassed. This is unacceptable.
