Unprofessional!!! and HORRIBLE Customer services....

<p>To whom it may concern.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 29/03/2016 I stepped into Lewis Store based in Grassy Park, opposite Busy Corner. I've made requires for a sewing macchine. I was assisted by a Sales lady by the name of Nazlie. They didn't have stock at the time and for that I than required for a laybye. O n the very same day I gave a deposit of R 400.00. Was tols that within 4-7 days I will receive a call from the store to collect the sewing machine than I can give the full payment. As I was willing to pay cash - no problem. With numerous a tempers to get feedback. I've been in and out store and than as an insulted they tried to sell me a broken sewing machine... I gave my second deposit also the amount of R 400.00 on the 02/05/2016 - was told again that this time by Lance Stock Manager, that I will receive my sewing machine. </p> <p> </p> <p>After months of waiting and still waiting I have not recieved anything - I've my money back and was told by Lance that the store doesnot keep cash and it's not his responsible to see to it that I do recieve my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think that this is unacceptable and no customer should wait so long for their own money... And the way I was treat was inhuman. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have attached my payment slipes as proof of my payment to the store... I have a witness, my colleague Fatiem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advice: What steps should I take in order to get my money back?</p>
