Unhelpful customer care at Lewis Strand

Good day I want report a bad experience at Lewis Strand.. I am a paraplegic patient in a wheelchair and bought a bed espacially for my condition.. Now the mattress are giving me problems . We haven't move our bed yet or mattress but the mattress is are torn... I especially took out a extra two year warranty on the bed.. I report it to Lewis Strand they promised to come back to me.. but when I call management are you not available
