Unhappy,stressed and disappointed

My nephew opened account With Lewis on November and paid his 1st installment month end of November so December they didn't deduct they money so Friday 3rd of January they called telling us they coming to take the furniture and he tried to make arrangement with them to pay double month end of January they didn't wanna listen they said If the 7th of January pass they coming for the furniture
