Unhappy with the service

Good day

To whom it may concern I am very disappointed in the service that I have received from your store in voortrekker rd Parow.

First of all the day I opened my account I had to sit for almost 3 hours for them to complete my account then they had issues with the swipe machine.

After the first debit they deducted a double payment and I went to the store for a refund.

They told me they cant do the refund from there side it has to be done from head office.

Today is day five with still no refund.

I have to pay late fees including bank charges and be responsible for a debit that could not go off due to no funds again its not my mistake.

I need you guys to sort out this ASAP AS WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER
