Unhappy with service

Received a call from Lewis Head office on Monday the 19th. The said unfortunately they can't help me. Cause she only listened to what the branch have told her. I'm gonna have repair the lounge suite myself. After I was promised last year that they will repair the lounge suite. This would have been the fourth time. Same problem over and over. Highly disappointed in the service I received
