unhappy with Lewis store and their unprofessional staff.

On the 10/07/2020 My mom went to the Lewis store in Dobsonville branch, and bought a Tv. The sales consultant that assisted my mom was very unprofessional, cruel ,as he never went with my step by step as a customer explaining what is in the contract , as he just went and to print it after mom had chosen the model of Tv she liked to buy .The sales assisted just came back from the back office after printing and made decisions for my mom by agreeing to the terms and conditions on the contract and asked my mom to sign. : Thereafter the consultant said to my mom as procedure they are calling their call centre offices my mom should just have to answer Yes in everything that the consultant is asking ,Mom just said but why? he rep**** by saying that is procedure. mom produced her Tv licence that is valid and paid to date, the consultant never ever bothered to look at. On the contract mom was charged a fee for her licence ,she got charged for the maintenance fee ,that the consultant never mention to mom as he just drafted the contract and told mom to sign ,never communicated to mom that if she is not happy within 5 business working day she can terminate the contract. Mom gave me the contract to read as she has(glycoma )She only uses one eye as the other one has gone completely blind. A 77 year old who was not given a chance to choose option to clearly understand what is she signing for, its not fair.Lastly the Lewis staff that mentioned that they were from the Roodepoort LEWIS STORE came to my mom house yesterday and demanded payment, and with attitude told my mom to pay via debit order, mom said she will stick to her payments like she has been for number of years. This is total harassment that the Lewis staff is treating mom as if she stole from them she is now a ********.
