Unhappy New customer

I opened a account at lewis stores in February because i needed a TV and a Bed, i Bought the TV and Bed on credit but on the day of delivery only the Fridge was delivered, i queried this with lewis stores and they advised that they are out of stock but they are still checking with branches and they will have it delivered on that same week, so i waited for another week and there was still nothing and there was no communication with me to maybe advise that they still looking, i then went to lewis stores port shepstone where i had bought the fridge and tv on credit i was so angry i told them to cancel my deal, as i found them very unprofessional, the Manager there cancelled my TV deal and kept the fridge as it was already delivered, I have now been phoning various lewis branches to check if they have a 32 Inch sinotec or hisense TV to my suprise the man at lewis stores in Durban west street advised me that all the branches are out of stock and they might be getting more stock only end of April, so u mean to tell me that i opened an account to be told that there is no stock?? what kind of a business are u running? I am so disappointed, i regret myself for even opening an account with U
