Unhappy customer

I bought a wall unit robe from Clicks Groblersdal branch 555, on the 17th of December 2021,till today, the 28th of December, my purchase has not been delivered and no communication from anyone from the branch, I am soo disappointed in this regarding my purchase, to think I have bought it cash, I don't owe them nothing, m hurt deeply soo
