Unhappy customer 😒😏

I bought a bed from Lewis store based in Randburg Square Johannesburg. 2023 May and I was excited about my new bed, but sadly the excitement didn't last long enough as the bed started making funny sounds within six months. I did report it to the staff member who called me to check if I am still happy with the products that I bought and I told her about the funny sounds. She promised to excalate the matter to the relevant department, but since I never received any form of communication from that particular department. Instead they kept on calling me asking me same old question if I am still happy with the product that I bought. I have been a loyal customer to Lewis store to extend that I have two different credits with the company, but this time they really let me down.
