UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

Lewis Stores IS ****MING there customers for 3 months in a row I have been asking for a statement to be sent so I can see how much I still need to pay. They are trying to hide behind a service fee and insurance fee which is a small amount where is my other money? where does that other money go to?? My account was in arrears but I have been paying and my amount is not getting any less why?? Other companies charge a stable fixed interest fee this companies fee is fluctuating every month one month its high one month its low **** my balance is R14 898 of which I have paid R10 553 on which your statement that I FINALLY received today even confirms how much more of my hard earned money are you going to take that wont even make a dent because of "INTEREST FEES" I really cannot continue paying for this nonsense
