Unhappy customer

I purchased a Defy fridge at Lewis store at Mabopane on the 20th of June 2025 and it was cash on sale. I was unhappy with the product because it was making a weird sound, the next day I went to the store and lay a complaint and requested a refund. I submitted relevant documents and was informed that I will recieve it after 7 business days, till today I have not recieved my money.
