If you’re thinking of getting credit with Lewis Stores, run away immediately! They will unfairly list you as a non payer on credit bureau, which will ruin your records! I’ve lodged a complaint from September 2025 till date I’m being listed as a non payer whereas they’re the first ones to Debit my account. I’ve called their *********** customer service over and over with no help. They’ll say they will call you back but never do. Instead you’re the one that will call them. Today I spoke to a consultant named Denel Daniel’s who told me a whole lot of nothing! They lack patience and compassion! I regret the day I opened an account with them! Do NOT GET CREDIT WITH THEM!!
