Unfairly Dismissed!

After Submitting my leave and Manager (Letisha Miller) approving my leave. ARC (Deborah Ferreira) and HR (Harry Duffy) thought it wasn't in the best interest of the Company for me to take leave because according to them it is month end and our branch is not busy but to them it is. I worked alone month end in the office due to Temps quitting at the time but I had to cope. I had to step in and run the branch for an entire month when the Manager was on leave and I am still awaiting my relieving money. I even had to work a Write Off alone last year with a casual but when I needed Lewis to accommodate me due to my baby's nanny quitting on me. While on leave the HR found it necessary to question the staff about my integrity. I was dismissed for Unauthorised absenteeism but the Manager and ARC was aware of my current situation but as said in my hearing I use my kids. I am a single mom of four young kids I am expected challenges. This happening a month before my bonus is due to me. I'm not just dissapointed on how I was dismissed but disgusted by not the Company but the staff and how the Senior staff allowed this to happen.
