Unfairly dismissal and missed used powers

As far i know the importance of the business is to see tge business grow. If the branch is perfoming and the collections are why would you fire that person for installment that not even due, why they was no written warning. Nezrine got persol isseus agaist Dion, i am saying this because she was talking to other people and to him saying that his got a business on the side he can afford loosing this job and he is driving a better car than. When he was suspended she was saying that to other staff you will be fired like Dion i guess she was prooving a point and making and example and jealousy and threaten by him.
