Unfair treatment Lewis store randburg

I'm so disappointed with Lewis store in Randburg I could not pay the installment then I received a call from the driver Thabo who calls himself a porter he told me that he is outside my workplace when I went at the gate to meet him he says he was sent by Lewis manager to come collect cash... I had to show him confidential information that I've been sick of depression... Then I sent the sales consultant Patricia my proof that I've been sick she says her manager is so disappointed with the sick notes today the rude lady called me by the name Thato she says she wants the money now I asked for her surname she says she doesn't have a surname... The sad part I never received a call from Lewis store, email or sms besides the driver coming to my work place demanding cash... Can someone from Lewis head office contact me regarding this I'm not going to tolerate your staff harassing me... They must be trained for communication skills, TCF and respect.... Why Lewis doesn't have collection department sending drivers to people's work place... Thato says she can't get hold of me but funny enough the driver can get hold of me
