Unfair to credit application

I want to complain about Lewis store. I initially app**** for a credit loan which was approved by 26 March after I struggled almost 2 months waiting for approval. My reason for the credit application was to buy bikes for our children.

I had no luck and not have any response from the belville(cape town)store or any support in this request. So after 7days with no luck did my approval fall away.

Why can I not get credit approved again? After going back to the store NO ONE assist my to get that credit approval back The belville store' s manager Celest plus head office is not are the worst ever. It's taking 4 days now to assist and I have been approved before we just did not use the credit. I feel I should get the approval to buy something different.

Please let this get sorted. I need help as the actual store is not equipped to anything what so ever
