Unfair Dismissal/ unemployment insurance

I,m Marius Ameterra worked at Lewis furniture store branch 177. First as a freelance salesperson. Since Nov 2012 January 14 the 2013 I was appointed permanently with a salary of R4440.00 p.m plus commission. 29 September 2014 I was taken up in Hosp. Where they amputated my left big toe. I was off sick ever since that time. My employee no is 071447. Branch Manager of the time was Mrs Madri Du Plessis. Now I'm struggling for justice to prevail. On 31st Dec 2014 I was called in a hearing by the branch manager without protocol been followed and was dismissed by the hearing agenda Rensia manager of Best electric there reason finding Job deserted whilst both managers knew what my status was. Case was further taken up with Hr. Kerri-Anne Martin Contact no 021. ***. Whom now are in denial for correcting my reason for not working. And correcting my unemployment insurance act 63 of 2001 form. So that I can draw unemployment benefits or to get the money they Lewis still owe me.Kerri-Anne Martin the HR is playing hide and seek mean while I struggle financially and get stressed out using medication.I've followed all the procedures for them to do there part.
