Unfair behaviour

I dint know how many times must i ask Lewes stores to clear my name i do not need to talk to any laywer because they itc me in the first month and after that thretten me at my work place and do not wanted to except my money just wanted to pick up furniture and my name is on a bad credit score and gor now i can not make any living why so now i have enough
