********* conduct
I’m not a legal expert, however the conduct by this chain is ********* and *******. The company I work for went through a rough patch beginning of the year, our main client was being liquidated which resulted non payment of staff for 3 months. As much as I am very aware of the legal agreement with Lewis, I was unable to make payments. My employer is currently under a new contract, meaning that end of this month- we will be receiving back payments for the previous months. The bullying and insults from the shop I bought the items from is unimaginable.
On Saturday (20-04-19) I spoke to the store manager who didn’t want to accept any payment arrangement other than immediate payment which I seriously do not have. I’m getting phone calls almost on a daily basis from the delivery person (while I’m at work), demanding access to the complex where I reside in order to collect the items.
As much as I am willing to pay this account at the end of this month, I feel violated. There are legal processes to be taken before any goods can be recovered. These people harass my contacts, and disclose my account information- that’s ******* even after I lodged a formal complaint with head office and I was told that it will be rectified.
I have only 1 request, if it cannot be granted don’t bother calling me. Can this account be sent to your legal department or even third party debt collectors for collection, because I am sick and tired of the level of disrespect I get from the branch on a daily basis.
