Undelivered stock

My Mom purchased a Britney wardrobe in Elliot Lewis stores, paid R6000.00 cash on the 11th of November 2019, we are yet to receive the goods, when we ask them they say it is finished therefore she must wait for the stock clerk who is on leave to come back next week Thursday. this is so inconvenient.
