Uncooperative and Intimidating Behavior from Lewis Ladysmith Store

I recently had a disappointing experience with a Lewis store in Ladysmith, Murchison street. After purchasing a fridge with a repayment plan, I fell behind on payments due to job loss. Instead of working with me, the store manager was uncooperative, threatening, and intimidating. Despite my efforts to negotiate temporary reduced payments, the manager refused and threatened to open a ***** case becausei dont habe the item ith me at my place of residence. The store also sent representatives to my home, demanding to search for the fridge, which I refused due to safety concerns. I called the head office and I was told to go to the branch and ask that we make a repayment plan but the manager from Murchison street came to the Alexander branch where I was and was not cooperative at all, he left with the promise of going to the police station to open a case against me.
