unbelievable really

I Have made payment arrangements with lewis and online i did make a payment last month which now they want to say i did not pay anything, they still want to pitch up at my work and how ever even when the fact is i did make payment arrangement on what i can afford at the moment. stop coming to my work place i am paying and pay day is defenitely not today or any other day before month end.
