Unauthorized Double Payments!!

Once again I sit with a problem with Lewis Stores. I increased my monthly debit order in order to have my account paid up sooner and low snd behold Lewis stores has a stop order and a debit order added to my account! My bank account has been debited with two amounts monthly as a result and on trying to get my money back I am now having to run around for a mistake Lewis Stores made. I will not collect cash from the store but need the money paid back to my bank account from which it was debited! I called the store and was put on hold. I called again and it went to voice-mail. Please can my money be refunded. Again I will not collect cash from the store its not safe!!
