Unauthorized Double debits

I opened account will Lewis early last year and it has been nothing but a nightmare, double debits, incorrect funds allocations leaving my accounts in arrears and their lack of communication is top tier

I have waiting for a call from the regional manager since yesterday as I need answers of when will I get my refund and who will be paying for the bounced debit order fees from my other obligations.
