Unauthorized debit order

I am under debt review via NDA, Lewis stores took a unauthorized debit order from me and send me a sms to tell me they will be deducting another debit order . I called them and they giving me a run around putting me from one person to another and then drops the call. I need to be refunded or I will take this matter to court via my debt councillor.
