Unauthorized debit order

Went to Lewis Ulundi on 24 December 2025 to purchase a bedroom suite ,due to shortage of stock I had to cuncel everything at the store ,on the 24th of January they debited my money ,,,I called them n thay told me to wait at least working days ,even today I haven't got my money back
