UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

"Very disappointed with Lewis. They took R1005 from my account without authorization, despite agreeing with my mother on a R470 debit and canceling my agreement after my learnership ended in February. Even after notifying them and being assured that everything was canceled, they still debited my account. This is unacceptable and feels like a ****. Not happy with the service at all!"
