Unauthorised Debit Order before Due Date

I do not understand why you are trying to debit from my bank account at this calender date as i am still working and we are only getting paid on friday !!! Who is going to pay the fees for the returned debit order. Who gave you permission just to go ahead and try debit my bank account on this date ??? Are you so money crazy ?? I wont run away !! This is unaceptable i made no arrangement with lewis to go ahead and debit my bank account while i have not even been paid yet.

December payment went off on the correct date which means i am NOT IN ARREARS as you now tell me. The due date is the 1st of every month, or as soon as my salary reflects in my account. If you dont correct this i will send in a formal complaint with the Ombudsman !

How can you just go ahead and start debiting from my bank account without even consulting with me ?? Who pays for the returned debit order ?? My Account is NOT IN ARREARS as December payment has been taken, up until 30 December !! You have the odacity to send me an sms telling me that i am in ARREARS AND TO MAKE URGENT PAYMENT ?? I will send a formal complaint to the Ombudsman if you do not correct this, just because its December does not mean that everybody including myself gets paid salary early ! Not all of us including myself gets holiday pay and bonusses !

This account was opened on 7 October 2023 and Deposit was paid. 1st Payment went off from my bank account 30 October, the 2nd Payment went off from my bank account went off on 30 November, the 3rd payment is due on 30 December 2023. My salary as said only reflects on the last day of the month. I am NOT IN ARREARS
