Unauthorised debit order

Hi, my mother had an account with Lewis KwaMashu of which was settled and closed but Lewis is still debiting her bank account. They debited R1000 off my mother's account on the 26th March 2021 and we want this reversed immediately and they must provide her with a settlement letter. Our previous ref number with Lewis was 698630
