Unacceptable unprofessional service

Hi there. My son bought a Hisense smart LED TV from Lewis store in Athlone. Upon opening the TV to mount on the bracket he saw that Lewis had delivered the incorrect TV. Instead of the smart LED it was a normal one. He informed them of the mistake, and that's the beginning of an everlasting game of cat and mouse.

They fetched the TV after a few days, to supposedly change it. After two weeks he called to find out where his TV was. Each time he would call to speak to the manager but "the manager" is never available, even in person. Its been over a month now and when my mom called to find out the person in customer care ,named Victor, just said he would forward the message to the appropriate people then tell my mom, he doesn't need to disclose any information to her and he put the phone down in her ear.

The following week someone in store also put the phone down in her ear when she told them about their unproffesional service.

Now these people are talking about the TV has to come from Citrusdal but the same TV is standing in a store in Grassy Park. Then the saying the courier must drop it and it can take another few days. This is a huge enough company so I would think that they could get another TV from another store in no time. My mom spoke to them again today and they now saying my son made a mistake and he bought the wrong TV . I can understand that, but not the inappropriate and unprofessional service. Why can't they go the extra mile? Would it hurt?
