Unacceptable treatment and absolutely shocked

<p>In November 2016 we went into a Bears store at Jabulani mall. Little did we know that was the begining of hell. as a young couple excited on starting a home we opened an account, first goods were delivered however a couch broke. instead of it being replaced it was fixed.</p> <p>Hell started when my partner went on maternity leave, calls where made for arrangements which was ok until we found the store doors closed for business. no communication was made, to this day to mention a few incidents my partner was visited at work by a guy named Israel from carlton centre branch. Did we sign up with a loan shark?</p> <p>I took it upon myself to find a store near by that look like some ****a shop at Dobsenvill shopping centre. Well I made a payment and made another one a few weeks later and another one a week later. What puzzles me is why isnt this company acknowledging that there's no effecient processes in place to manage customer relationships?</p> <p>Since when does a brand operate like a loan shark?</p> <p>Are the sales people chasing commision above customer experience?</p> <p>I see more doors closing in this organization due to word of mouth and social media. I am one customer amongst many that will most definetely advise family and friends to never risk doing business with Lewis.</p> <p>Bon voyage in advance, Lewis life span as a brand is almost done customers are now more informed and more powerful than goods and sales.</p> <p>Review strategies whilst there's a few doors open. </p>
