Unacceptable experience at Lewis Store, Pretoria North

<p>I was visiting the store last week and while Im in the store I heard a man screaming, swearing and shouting. After paying my account I was looking for the branch manager. As I walk closer to her table, the sceaming and shouting become louder then I realized he the "RC" is yelling at his branch manager infront of the customers in the store. I found it very unprofessional and unacceptable for him as a manager to speak to his colleagues in the way he spoke to the lady. He really need some help or send for training for his behavior. Leaving the woman in tears and even state he wish she would resign make me feel he is not properly trained to complete the role as a RC. This is not the first time I heard this man shouting in the store. Lewis need to discipline their staff, cause of these behaviour they will lose customers. </p>
