Unable and reluctant to fullfill claim.

I instituted a claim for a ****** laptop with Bearers. November 2015 (14 months later) Lewis head office called and say the claim was approved and that the laptop will be replaced. To date nothing, their excuse, we are looking for a laptop at the price you bought yours for four years ago! This is cr*p the laptop was bought for processor speed, the RAM upgraded to do what was required of it and a 500GB external HD added. Laptops in this price range NOW will not even suit a child in standard one. Lewis has a Lenovo G5030 with the same specs as the laptop I bought without the upgrades done but a thousand more than what I paid then, why can't they give me one and get over and done with it? My wife's HP bought two years ago is nearly 1.5K more than what it was, reason the value of the rand. Can't Lewis realize that prices did not go down nor did it stay the same, it went up!! Service like this turn old clients and potential new ones away and leaves a bad taste in someone's mouth.
