We went a Lewis store in Kwaggaontein Mpumalanga, to purchase a washing machine, we were given a grace of 3 days to be able to cancel our order and we did that, this week Lewis frequently debited money from our account, we went to the store and they acknowledged that it's their fault and they forgot to cancel the debit order. We had to drive twice to the store to collect our money and everytime we recieve a story or excuse, we were told the money would be in our account latest by yesterday and there's still nothing in yet. Please solve this
