i would like to share my experiences about this pathetic worthless trashy place. I bought a television on credit over a 36 month period moreover an agent called joy advised me about insurance. I then opted in for insurance. Two years into paying off the tv ,The tv broke and the insurance refused to cover nor settle the oustanding amount. I then contacted the branch and the insurance company(monarch). They told me im unable to cancel my insurance yet my tv is broken so whats the whole point of paying a ****ty service provider.

Moreover i took this whole matter to the NFO and they will be paying more than what they are owing
