On Saturday the 04/06/22 i dropped off my washing machine at Lewis Stores Boksburg, I spoke to the Manager named Oupa he was on a call with the regional manager who told him to take the machine, he advised that he will call me on Monday the 06 June 2022 to advice whats the way forward up until today 08 June 2022 he has not called but they dropped off my washing machine and it never went out to the technician as i do not have any report stating that it went out for repairs their service delivery is **** I do not want the washing machine and would like for it to be removed from my account. I will be going back to the store over the weekend to drop it off as i do not want it. I will go and buy a new washing machine from a store that is willing to give me the customer satisfaction i need.
