TV Stand Outer Layer Peels Off

Last year we bought a tv stand at Best Elektric and now the outer layer of the stand is peeling of by itself. At first we reported the issue at the store because we are still paying for the item, they did not take our issue serious and few months later we called customer care, a think it was around march I can't remember well, they registered a query and they said they gonna investigate. Few days later someone came to check on the stand and took photos and we have never heard from them since. When we keep following up at the store they told us they waiting for replacements but is been months now and no one is saying anything, it's quite. Very poor service indeed from Lewis Group, if we knew that the outer layer of that thing peels off we wouldn't have bought from them. We paying insurance for their products but looks like it's money in the drain. So dissatisfied with their treatment.
