TV stand and kitchen chairs bought cash

I am very dissapointed with Lewis Vanderbijlpark Store. My mom and I bought a stand for TV and kitchen chairs with a table (a set of 4 chairs and 1 table) on Friday, the 4th of October 2024 . They were delivered Saturday, the 5th of October 2024. We were told that the stand could be reassembled by the technician on Monday, 7th of October 2024 so my mom changed her plans yo accommodate the man who will assemble the stand, he never showed up and no one communicated that he might be delayed. I called and the sales person told me that he would come Tuesday, the 8th of October 2024. He never showed up. I am very dissapointed at the lack of communication and professionalism shown by Lewis Vanderbijlpark Store.
