TV Not working

I bought a tv with Best Buy electric which is under Lewis. The tv got damaged, and I took it back to the store for repairs. The tv was collected with its remote control. When the tv was returned, it came back without the remote control.

I queried with the store, and I was given a remote that isn’t working and was advised that they will look for it. The tv stopped working and I returned it to the store for the second time, it came back from repairs and still wasn’t working. I took it back to the store for the 3rd time and it’s still without the tv remote and the store isn’t bothered to refund me with a new tv. Kindly advise how am I suppose to switch off the tv without its remote. Lewis store, please do right to your Customers
