TV not repairable
Our TV didn't want to switch on, so it was sent in for a second time after purchasing it from Lewis, after about two months after numerous phone calls the TV was sent back to Lewis with a letter from the repair shop that it would cost more for the part required than a new TV would cost, we have been struggling since Friday to get it sorted out with Lewis even after contacting Head office, I see it that if this is the case that the TV is unrepairable why should we have to wait so long to just get a replacement TV. Please help.
