TV bought at Lewis Stores

I bought a new TV at Lewis,which ended up being faulty for 5 months and my tv was only for 2 weeks at my home during these past 5 months. Everytime it goes in for repairs, but then it comes back and still doesnt work properly. I just want to know how I can be assisted as this is not good service at all.
