Tumble dryer - Lewis Store

I have bought a tumble dryer at lewis furniture store in Thabazimbi. I is still under garantee . Two month ago they took it for repairs. It took a whole month before I got it back after lots of promices even with their customer services. It worked for a week and it is not drying the clothes . They came last Saterday and took it again to be fix . This whole week I have phone the store and all I got is promises. Nobody call me back to give me answers. I NEED HELP PLEASE . WANT CAN I DO?
