Treated unfair

I bought a bed and it had springs coming out since from the second day it arrived in 2019,till today no one assisted me in Lewis rooderpoort.the lady who was suppose to help me in replacing the bed her name is phindile,didn't even care and since they have been calling me to arrange payment instead of changing the bed
